I rember that day when the japanise attacked pearl habor. It was one of the worst days in Us history 18 ships were destroyed, 2,896 people died and 161 planes were lost. It was all a plan by the japanies. This plan was made over 6 months before the attack even happoned. They thought that the US wouldnt be able to recover in time and that would give them time to acomplish all their goals in the far east. But they were wrong the US was quick to make a counter strike and later on in World War 2 the US droped 2 attom bombs on to two major citys. The Japines attacked with a huge force against pearl habor. Over 30 ships, 6 aircraft carriers witch held about 430 planes and 30 submarines attacked th hawain island. The Japaines lost 29 planes and 6 submarines.
Even some civilians lost their lives.
